VENDOR SPECIFICATIONS AGREEMENT

All vendor spaces are pre-configured in 5x8 ft areas. Each configured space has a wall back-drop. If vendor supplies a backdrop it must be supported from the floor. There is to be no tape or nail marks on the walls. Vendor space must be cleaned and returned to its original state at the completion of the conference and showcase.

All vendor spaces are marked off by WAAM and have (2) 110 outlets available for use. Additional power outlets are available at $35.00 per., (110 or 220, must be specified at time of signing.
** Also additional fee for telephone line.

We ask that all vendors honor association members WAAM card discounts of 10% to 15%. Any vendor not honoring the WAAM card must clearly post notice at display.

WAAM makes no claim and is not responsible for supplying any hazard and/or liability insurance for any display. Vendors must assume responsibility for any hazard that may be caused by their display.

Vendors are prohibited by fire codes from using any type of fireworks at any time, indoors.

All additions, instructions and specifications must be noted below prior to 3:00 P.M. August 15, 2004.

Table with 1/2 page: $200
Table with full page is $300

Conference Program advertising only:

1/4 page: $50, 1/2 page: $100 and full page: $200
